For the forced air gas furnace maintenance the technician will check:
- all electrical connections and wires for loose connections
- performing a flue gas analysis
- check the Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide levels
- vacuum the inside of the furnace for dust
- check the filter to ensure it is clean & will replace free of charge if customer has one available
- identifying and replacing any defective parts before the winter comes
- checking the heat exchanger for any cracks or corrosion
